Scavenger Hunt.

 Kia Ora bloggers. Nice to see you again.

On Wednesday we did a scavenger hunt. We had to find pictures of fairy tale characters. I did the scavenger hunt with my friend. We did not win but it was really fun.

Me and my friend eventually found all of the pictures, but it took a little longer than expected. But in all it was really fun.

My Matariki

In Literacy, we have been learning about Matariki also known as The Seven Sisters.

For me, it was really fun and I didn't really know what tasks I should do. I haven't really finished it just yet. My teacher said that I should put it on my blog even though I have not finished it yet.

My teacher gave it to me the day after everyone else because they all started it on Monday but I wasn't here on Monday so I had to start a day later.

Wonderful Zoo Debate Choice

Hello bloggers, it's Aliah here,
for Literacy, we have been doing facts and answering questions about Captain Cook. I found out heaps of interesting facts about him. One of the interesting facts I found out about him was that he was a fabulous mapmaker.

It was a little bit easy to find some of the facts about Cook but I thought it was fun. What I had to do was: We all had to read the story our teacher gave us and then we had to answer some of the questions about the story. To me it was a little bit hard but in the end I got it done.

Wonderiffic Maths

Throughout this week, my maths group has been doing area in measurement and our teacher gave us a grid piece of paper. We had to write our names in squares. This is what my one looks like.

This took me like 10-15 minutes to do. We had to write how many squares that each letter of our names was made of. Mine was made up of 80 squares altogether. It was really fun for me because I am always looking forward to trying something new. When you read my blog comment on if it was good, OK or a little bit bad. I hope you like my blog post.
